Paige and I have been friends since college, which made this story even more special for me to witness—not just as a photographer, but as someone who has seen their relationship evolve from the very beginning.

From College Memories to Wedding Day

I first photographed Matt and Paige during their freshman year of college, capturing those early moments of young love. Years later, I photographed them again as seniors—already showing the kind of comfort and connection that only comes with time.

Their story actually began even earlier, back in high school. What started as a first date at Friendly’s turned into over a decade of building a life together.

A Romantic Proposal at Rawlings Conservatory

After more than ten years together, Matt planned a proposal that was as thoughtful as their relationship.

Paige thought she was heading out for a casual girls’ day, but as she walked through the Rawlings Conservatory, she spotted Matt standing among the trees. In that quiet, emotional moment, he got down on one knee and asked her to spend forever with him.

I had the honor of photographing their engagement as well—another unforgettable chapter in their story.

About a year later, Matt and Paige were married surrounded by their closest friends and family at Valley Country Club in Towson, Maryland.
